The Collins dictionary of English defines flea-d-h, pronounced fla, as a festival of Irish music, dancing, and culture. Though there isn’t currently a definition for Logical Fleadh-I think it would go a little something like this:  Noun 1. Chicago band with Celtic and Gaelic influences. 2. Outstanding and richly textured First album by band of same name, more than a quarter century in the making.
